DFCF Valuation:

A discounted free cash flow valuation is the classical way of estimating a stock's intrinsic value. Essentially, a company is worth the value of its future cash flows.

Current sales ($m): Current sales in millions of dollars.

Current shares (m): Current share count in millions of shares.

FCF margin (%): Estimation of percentage of sales converting to free cash flow.

Discount rate (%): Annual rate of return you want from the investment.

Sales growth (%): Annual average sales growth estimate for years 1-5, and 6-10.

Terminal growth (%): A long-term average annual sales growth figure.

Share growth (%): Annual average growth (or decline) in share count estimate for years 1-5, and 6-10.
